Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer, then click on the gear menu in the upper-right corner of the window.

      2. From the drop down menu select “Internet Options”.

      3. There are several tabs across the top of this new window. Click on the one labeled “Advanced”.

      4. At the bottom there is a “Reset” button. Press this button to reset your browser to default settings.


Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox and click the Firefox menu button in the upper right corner. (It looks like a stacks of three horizontal lines)

          In the menu that appears, there with be a button in the bottom right that is a blue circle with a “?” inside. Click this to open the Help Menu.

      2. From the slide-out Help Menu, click on Troubleshooting Information.

      3. Click “Refresh Firefox” in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.

      4. A dialog box will appear, and you need to click on “Refresh Firefox” again. Firefox will then need to restart, and will be restored to the default configuration.
