  1. Each unit must notify OVPR IT whenever a user leaves their unit or when OVPR IT should alter a user's access to IT resources.  Notification can take place via email or help desk ticket.

    1. OVPR IT must ensure all devices utilized by a leaving employee are appropriately recovered.

    2. OVPR IT must ensure that all resource access is revised or revoked as appropriate.  It is the unit’s responsibility to specify what access privilege changes must occur.

    3. OVPR IT will validate all user permissions yearly. OVPR IT will send a list of all users and their permissions to each unit head. The unit head should respond with any required permission changes.
