The PDF of my SF-424 package is incorrect

Problem

When you generate the PDF on the SF-424 workspace the document is incomplete or out of order.

Solution

The PDF package that is created from the SF-424 form-set often does not accurately represent the contents of the data package that will be transmitted to grants.gov.  The data that is sent to grants.gov is an xml file that is created using the data and attachments available from within the SF-424 form-set.  Even if the PDF shows incorrect or incomplete data, the data transmitted to grants.gov will be a correct and complete representation of the proposals SF-424 form-set.

Of course, it would be preferable to have the PDF be representative of the data being sent to grants.gov, as this would be an effective check of the proposal package.  Unfortunately, the vendor, which fully manages the SF-424 process and workspace, is responsible for updating and maintaining this functionality.  We have contacted them asking that the PDF process be improved.  To date, however, this has not been addressed.
