This portal provides information about databases and applications that assist UGA faculty and administrators in their research activities.


Researchers

AALAS

AALAS Learning Library delivers training for working with animals in research and instruction.  Additionally, some biosafety and export control courses are also housed on this site.

ANOPS Portal

Order, transfer, import, export, and make service requests with University Research Animal Resources. Current and historical animal census and order history is also available.

Artemis

Submit, modify, and renew Animal Use Protocols (AUPs). Manage active AUPs.

Chematix

Manage a chemical lab or hazardous waste and take Right-to-Know training.

CITI Login

CITI delivers training for working with human research participants, training for Good Clinical Practice (GCP) research, as well as training on Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) and financial Conflict of Interest (fCOI).

Grants PortalDevelop and submit proposals for external funding. Track and view award and subcontract documents.
IRB Portal

Submit, modify, and renew Human Subjects Research Protocols. Manage active protocols.

PivotFind funding opportunities targeted to your Research interests.

Administrators

AAM

Manages and monitors login identities of persons who are not UGA faculty, staff, or students.

CITI Records

Provides a record of completed training courses required for compliance.

PAULA

Provides a normalized source of information (originating in authoritative sources) about Persons, Accounts, Units, Locations, and Affiliates.

UHD

A database used to track UGA units and their relationships.

UMD

A database that provides membership management tools for registered UHD units.

XPR

The eXtended Property Record database, extends the capabilities of Property Control’s property database.
